At JISTAR-HK, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned with original packaging
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Customized or special-order products
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at business@jistarhk.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping fees (if applicable) are generally non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns
